DICK'S Sporting Goods: Teri List-Stoll To Assume Role Of CFO In August

(RTTNews) - DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. (DKS) announced that Teri List-Stoll will join the company in August 2015 as Executive Vice President, CFO. List-Stoll will oversee the Finance and Legal organizations.

Prior to joining the company, List-Stoll was employed by Kraft Foods Group as Executive Vice President and CFO from December 2013 to February 2015. List-Stoll currently serves on the Boards for Microsoft and Danaher.

Andre Hawaux, the company's Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer, will continue to serve in the CFO role until List-Stoll assumes the role of CFO. Hawaux will then continue to serve as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer.
