Discovery Air Announces Board of Director Changes

TORONTO, Dec. 29, 2017 /CNW/ - Discovery Air Inc. ("Discovery Air") (TSX: DA.DB.A) announced today that in connection with the recent ownership changes and stand-alone financing of Discovery Air Defence Services Inc. ("DA Defence"), Rod Phillips and Admiral Michael G. Mullen, USN (Ret.) have both agreed to serve as directors of DA Defence. Both have been key contributors to the Discovery Air board since they joined in 2014.  Each will cease to be a director of Discovery Air so their energies can be focused on DA Defence.
