DDR Corp. (DDR) declared its first quarter 2016 dividend of $0.19 per share, payable on April 5 to shareholders of record on March 10.

Alamo Group Inc. (ALG) announced that its Board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share, payable January 29, to shareholders of record as on January 15. This represents a 12.5% increase in the dividend over the $0.08 per share paid in the comparable period a year ago.

Luxfer Holdings PLC (LXFR) announced that its Board declared an interim dividend of 12.5 cents per ADS payable on February 3, to shareholders of record on January 15.

Bank of the Ozarks, Inc. (OZRK) announced its Board has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share payable January 22 to shareholders of record as of January 15. The dividend of $0.15 per share represents an increase of 3.4% over the dividend paid in the previous quarter.

Duke Energy (DUK) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.825 per share payable on March 16 to shareholders of record on Feb. 12.
