DNO ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Oslo, 21 January 2016 - DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas operator, has on 20 January 2016 purchased 500,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 4.4661 per share.

The purchase is part of the share buyback program announced on 15 December 2015.

Following this transaction DNO holds 7,700,000 own shares.
