Donaldson To Sell Ultratroc Gmbh To IJW Anlagenbau Gmbh - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Filtration systems provider Donaldson Company Inc. (DCI) has agreed to sell Ultratroc Gmbh, a manufacturer of compressed airdryers located in Flensburg, Germany, to IJW Anlagenbau Gmbh. The Flensburg manufacturing facility sale would be effective 23 September.

Jan Weiner, the Plant Manager of Ultratroc Gmbh until 2010, is a co-owner of IJW and returns as Manager of the Flensburg facility and its 38 employees. He would help ensure a smooth transition for Ultratroc's current Customers, suppliers, employees, and the local Flensburg community.

Currently, the Ultratroc business is part of Donaldson's Industrial Products unit. Pusuant to the deal, Donaldson would continue selling Ultratroc's compressed air dryers and would retain the naming rights to the brand names "Donaldson Ultrafilter" and "Ultrafilter."

The sale, whose additional terms are kept undisclosed, would not have a material impact on Donaldson's financial results.
