(NYSE: LPG) (the "Company" or "Dorian LPG"), a leading owner and operator of modern and ECO very large gas carriers ("VLGCs"), will issue a news release and its form 10-Q on Monday, July 31, 2017 prior to the market open, announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017.
