Dycom Q2 Profit Tops Estimates; Issues Q3 Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Dycom Industries, Inc. (DY) reported second-quarter adjusted net income of $34.6 million, or $1.09 per share compared to $33.3 million, or $1.05 per share, a year ago. On average, ten analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $0.82, for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Second-quarter contract revenues were $884.2 million, compared to $799.5 million, prior year. Contract revenues rose 11.1% on an organic basis.
