Vienna, May 31, 2016 - Kapsch TrafficCom AG (ISIN AT000KAPSCH9), listed in the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, informs that the remaining 48% of the shares on the Czech Kapsch Telematic Services spol. s r.o., Prague are being acquired via its subisidary Kapsch Telematic Services GmbH. Kapsch Telematic Services spol. s r.o., on which Kapsch TrafficCom AG currently holds via its subsidiary Kapsch Telematic Services GmbH 52% is the company which is responsible for the operations of the nationwide electronic toll collection system in the Czech Republic. The agreement is subject to the fulfillment of a condition precedent in the form of a required consent.
