On January 25, 2013, Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.99% of the voting rights (353,649 voting rights) as of January 23, 2013.

2.99% (353,649 voting rights) of all voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to Ameriprise Financial, Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

On January 25, 2013, Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.99% of the voting rights (353,649 voting rights) as of January 23, 2013.

2.99% (353,649 voting rights) of all voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

3. On January 25, 2013, Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.90% of the voting rights (343,551 voting rights) as of January 23, 2013.

2.90% (343,551 voting rights) of all voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

4. On January 25, 2013, Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.90% of the voting rights (343,551 voting rights) as of January 23, 2013.

2.90% (343,551 voting rights) of all voting rights in Delticom AG were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
