KG in Fielmann Aktiengesellschaft fell below the thresholds of 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% and now stands at 0% with 0 voting rights. The fall below the threshold is attributable to expiry of the instruments within the meaning of § 25a of the WpHG upon entry in the commercial register of the participation in KORVA SE held by the notifying party. KORVA SE has a stake of 55% in Fielmann AG.
