ECOSLOPS Reinforces Its Board of Directors with the Nomination of Lionel Henry as Independent Director

ECOSLOPS (Paris:ALESA) (ISIN: FR0011490648; Ticker: ALESA / PEA-PME eligible), an innovative technology company that upgrades ship-generated hydrocarbon residue into valuable marine distillates and light bitumen, announces the nomination of Lionel Henry as an independent administrator. His nomination takes effect immediately and will be subject to the General Assembly’s approval.

Lionel Henry graduated from l’Ecole polytechnique and is a General Armaments Engineer. He dedicated the most part of his career to financing and managing complex projects. Lionel Henry has a perfect knowledge of the environment of energy and raw materials as he took part in the negotiations for the liberalization of the sector. After having been employed in senior positions in various ministries – Defense, Economy and Industry – a merchant bank and an investment firm, he currently is Secretary-General of the General Council of Armament in the ministry of Defense.
