Electronics For Imaging CFO Vincent Pilette To Resign - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (EFII) Tuesday announced resignation of Vincent Pilette as its Chief Financial Officer, effective September 3. Marc Olin, SVP and General Manager of EFI Productivity Software will take over Pillette's role on an interim basis.

Marc is the former CEO and co-founder of Printcafe Software, a public company which was acquired by EFI in 2003.

Additional finance responsibilities will be carried out by Brandy Green, EFI's Chief Accounting Officer. While the company searches for a new CFO, Vincent will stay in his role through the end of the quarter, to ensure a smooth transition.
