Transier, chairman, chief executive officer and president, is scheduled to speak at the Imperial Capital conference on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at 9:30am Eastern Time in New York, New York.  Mr. Transier will also present the company's business strategies and operational plans at the 2013 JRCO Energy Conference on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 3:05pm Central Time. This conference will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana.
