EPL to Web Cast Analyst Day Presentation

    NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 2005--Energy Partners, Ltd. ("EPL") (NYSE: EPL) said today that it will web cast its Analyst Day presentation to be held in New Orleans on Wednesday, February 23, 2005. Members of senior management and EPL's technical team will provide details of the Company's 2004 results, strategy, key properties and drilling program for 2005.
    The presentation is scheduled to begin at 8:30 am Central Time and conclude at 2:00 pm. A live and on demand webcast of the audio portion of the presentation will be available online at the Company's website, www.eplweb.com under "Conference Calls" in the Investor Relations section of the site.
