The Supervisory Board of AMAG Austria Metall AG notes this personal decision with great regret and has approved the mutually agreed termination of the contract at the end of 2023. The Supervisory Board will decide on the future appointment to the Management Board of AMAG Austria Metall AG in the coming months."
