BioTelemetry, Inc. releases provisional interim result of public offer for LifeWatch AG

ZUG/Switzerland, June 9, 2017 - BioTelemetry (NASDAQ: BEAT) announced today that by the end of the main offer period, which expired on June 8, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. CET, shareholders had tendered 82 percent of the shares of LifeWatch (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE), based on the preliminary results.

A statement by BioTelemetry regarding whether the relevant Offer conditions are satisfied or waived will be made in the definitive notice of the interim results per section B.9. of the Offer Prospectus.
