Esperite N.V. convenes EGM to approve new share option scheme

Esperite N.V. (Euronext: ESP, 'Esperite') announces it is convening an extraordinary general meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") to be held on Wednesday 23 December 2015 to approve its new share option scheme.
