EVRY ASA - Mandatory report of Trade
(Oslo, 28. January 2015) In connection with the voluntary offer from Lyngen Bidco AS EVRY ASA has decided to accept the offer for all 303.080 shares held by the company. The offer price for the shares are 16 NOK per share. Following the completion of the offer, EVRY ASA holds no own shares.
