EVRY: Recommendation by an independent competent advisor
(Oslo, 21 January 2015) In connection with the recommended cash offer by funds advised by Apax to acquire 100% of the shares of EVRY, the Board of Directors of EVRY has commissioned an independent valuation of the offer by SEB in accordance with Section 6-16 of the Securities Trading Act.
