PITTSBURGH, April 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) announced it declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 2022.
