F.N.B. Corporation Declares Dividend of 12 Cents on Common Stock

HERMITAGE, Pa., Aug. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on F.N.B. Corporation's common stock.  The dividend is payable on September 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2013.
