Fabege Takes Possession of Stora Frösunda 2 and Hagalund 2:2

On 28 May 2015, Fabege (STO:FABGA) signed an agreement with Catena AB (publ) to acquire the project properties Stora Frösunda 2 and Hagalund 2:2 located beside the Frösundaleden highway in Solna, "Haga Norra”. The transaction was subject to approval by an extraordinary general meeting of Catena’s shareholders. Following a resolution today by Catena’s general meeting of shareholders to approve the divestment, the transaction has been completed and Fabege has taken possession of the properties.
