FireEye Sharply Higher After Reporting Upbeat Q3 Results

(RTTNews) - After moving sharply higher early in the session, shares of FireEye, Inc. (FEYE) continue to see substantial strength in afternoon trading on Wednesday. FireEye is currently up by 9 percent after reaching its best intraday level in well over six months.

The early rally by FireEye came after the cybersecurity company reported third quarter results that exceeded analyst estimates on both the top and bottom lines.

FireEye reported third quarter adjusted earnings of $0.06 per share on revenues of $211.7 million, while analysts had expected the company to earn $0.02 per share on revenues of $208.4 million.
