Fitch Ratings Affirms Motorola's IDR At 'BBB'; Outlook Stable

(RTTNews) - Fitch Ratings said Friday that it has affirmed the ratings for Motorola Solutions, Inc. (MSI), including its long-term Issuer Default Rating, at 'BBB'.

The Rating Outlook is Stable.

The rating actions affect about $2.5 billion of total debt.

Fitch said the ratings and Outlook reflect its expectations for improved operating performance over the intermediate term, including a resumption of pre-dividend annual free cash flow of more than $500 million.

Fitch expects low single digit organic revenue growth, supported by a strong backlog of business in government and the anticipation of gradually improving enterprise spending.
