Forest Labs Announces Various Executive Appointments; Frank Perier Jr. Named CFO

(FRX) announced appointments to its executive leadership team The company said the appointments are part of its announced plans to flatten and broaden the organization as part of Project Rejuvenate. Frank Perier, Jr. is appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.

Elaine Hochberg is appointed as Executive Vice President, International, Strategic Planning and Government Affairs. Bill Meury is appointed as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Marco Taglietti, MD is appointed as Executive Vice President, Drug Development and Research, and Chief Medical Officer.

Bob Bailey is appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Alex Kelly is appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Communications & Investor Relations Officer. Sally Paull is appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Kevin Walsh is appointed Senior Vice President, Operations.

Joe Zimmerman is appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer.

David Solomon, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning will become Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer responsible for Business Development and Alliance Management on a transitional basis.
