FormFactor Names Lothar Maier to Board of Directors

FormFactor, Inc. (Nasdaq:FORM) today announced that Lothar Maier, chief executive officer (CEO) of Linear Technology Corp., has been elected to the FormFactor Board of Directors. Maier is a veteran of the semiconductor industry with more than two decades of management experience including significant expertise in global business management and operations.
