Fusa Capital Launches Podcast Search Service

Fusa Capital Corporation (OTCBB:FSAC), developer of the industry’s most powerful and comprehensive consumer search and navigation services, today announced the launch of www.podanza.com, a free audio and video podcast search engine that allows consumers to easily find, organize and consume thousands of podcasts from around the globe. Podcasts are audio and video programs that can be consumed in a Web browser or downloaded to portable media devices, such as the Apple® iPod®. Podcasts can range from short-form, three minute video clips to full-length hour plus audio segments. The explosion in the number of podcasts available on the Web has created demand for search services like Podanza. In a study by eMarketer entitled, "Podcasting: Who's Tuning In?," it is projected that the audience for podcasts in the United States alone will reach between $20 million and $80 million by 2010. It is also expected that podcast advertising will reach close to $300 million by 2010 as advertisers try to reach the attractive podcast demographic of influential young adults. The Podanza site, part of the Fusa Consumer Search Network, is based on the same underlying proprietary search engine technology that is used to operate Fusa’s other popular search services, Searchforvideo and Newstowatch. Podanza aggregates podcasts from thousands of publishers, organizes them by category and provides highly relevant keyword search so users can discover and consume podcasts and specific podcast episodes from their Web browser." Podanza is the next search engine in our portfolio of consumer search services that leverages our proprietary aggregation, indexing and search technology. Our move into the podcast search space underscores how easily our search technology can extend across video and audio. Within the Fusa Consumer Search Network, we now have free search services for video (Searchforvideo), news (Newstowatch) and podcasts (Podanza), and we’ll continue to expand our network to include additional search services in more attractive newly emerging markets for content owners and advertisers to target," said Jenifer Osterwalder, CEO of Fusa Capital. Fusa Capital has forged relationships with many of the top global content owners and publishers on Searchforvideo and Newstowatch, which indexes video clips from tens of thousands of global sources. Now, with Podanza added to the Fusa Consumer Search Network, content owners and advertisers can reach the highly targeted and massively popular Podcast audience.
