G5 Entertainment AB (STO:G5EN) has today received information that a member of the board of directors, Martin Bauer, is being investigated for insider trading. A search warrant has been implemented in the company's premises in Stockholm by the Economic Crime Authority, with the purpose of ascertaining facts that may be relevant for the investigation.

No other representative of the company is suspected of any involvement, nor is the company suspected of any crime.
