GANGER ROLF ASA - Changes to the Board of Directors

The Shareholders’ Committee of Ganger Rolf ASA (OSE:GRO) has elected Carol Bell (UK) and Nicholas (Nick) Andrew Emery (UK) as new Directors to the Board of the Company.

Anna-Synnøve Bye retires from the Board. Anna-Synnøve Bye has since 1998, first as an Alternate Director to the Board and thereafter from 2003 as a Director served the Company with commitment and prudence.

The Board of the Company is hereafter composed by the following Directors: Fred. Olsen (Chairman), Helen Margaret Mahy, Carol Bell, Andreas Mellbye and Nick Emery.
