Gemalto: Modification of the liquidity contract resources
Regulatory News:
Gemalto N.V. ("Gemalto”) (Euronext NL0000400653 GTO), today announces that, in accordance with the terms of the liquidity contract between Gemalto and Exane BNP Paribas, 200,000 additional Gemalto shares were allocated to the liquidity contract on 20 December 2012.
As a reminder, as per the last half-year statement (30 June 2012), the following assets appeared on the liquidity account:
- 61, 256 Gemalto shares
- 4,258,121 euros
