Genocea Biosciences Prices IPO At Low End Of Range

(RTTNews) - Genocea Biosciences, Inc. said Wednesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 5.5 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share, which is at the low end of its previously estimated range of $12.00 to $14.00 per share.

The company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of common stock at the same price to cover over-allotments, if any.

The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on February 5 under the ticker symbol "GNCA."

The offering is expected to close on February 10.
