Golub Capital Prices Offering Of 3.5 Mln Shares At $18.05 Each

(RTTNews) - Golub Capital BDC Inc (gbdc), a business development company, said Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 3.5 million shares of its common stock at $18.05 per share.

Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

The offering is expected to close on March 21.

Golub Capital has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of common stock.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering partly to invest in portfolio companies and for general corporate purposes.
