Griffon Reports Profit In Q3

(RTTNews) - Griffon (GFF) reported that its third quarter income from continuing operations totaled $66.3 million, or $1.47 per share, compared to a loss from continuing operations of $108.7 million, or $2.40 per share, in the prior year quarter. Adjusted income from continuing operations was $68.0 million, or $1.51 per share compared to $64.5 million, or $1.39 per share, in the prior year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations for the third quarter was $124.8 million, a 2% increase from the prior year quarter of $122.3 million. Revenue for the third quarter totaled $481.4 million, a 7% increase compared to $449.7 million in the prior year quarter.

Griffon expects fiscal 2026 revenue from continuing operations to be $1.8 billion and adjusted EBITDA to be $458 million.

Griffon shares are trading at $99.65 on NYSE, up 6.49 percent.
