Hexcel Corp. Profit Advances 2% In Q4

(RTTNews) - Hexcel Corp. (HXL) revealed earnings for its fourth quarter that increased from last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $53.9 million, or $0.56 per share. This was up from $52.9 million, or $0.54 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.55 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.5% to $464.9 million. This was down from $471.8 million last year.
