Honda Motor Stock Falls 4% After Reporting Decline In Year-End Net Income

(RTTNews) - Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (HMC) shares fell 4.21 percent to $29.63 on Tuesday following the release of its fiscal year results, which showed a decline in profitability.

The company reported net income of 903.0 million yen for fiscal 2025, down from 1.18 billion yen a year earlier. Sales revenue rose modestly to 21.69 billion yen from 20.43 billion yen in fiscal 2024.

The stock opened at $29.40 and traded between $28.80 and $29.67. Volume stood at 1.19 million shares, slightly above the daily average of 1.10 million. HMC has traded between $23.41 and $34.05 over the past 52 weeks.
