Horizon Air and Alaska Airlines ‘National Parks Mystery Discount,’ Today’s Destinations are Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks
Horizon Air and Alaska Airlines announce today’s "National Parks Mystery Discount” cities are Bozeman, Montana (Yellowstone) and Idaho Falls, Idaho (Grand Teton).
Here’s how it works:
- Each day, from April 5 through April 9, 2010, fares to two or more national park gateway cities will be discounted 15 percent for ticket purchases made within 24 hours of when the discount is offered.
- New featured cities will be revealed daily at 12:01 a.m. Pacific time each day from April 5 through April 9, 2010, at www.horizonair.com/parks and www.alaskaair.com/parks, and will be available for the next 24 hours.
"Horizon Air’s limited-time special discounts will encourage folks to experience the natural treasures of national parks on our route system," said Dan Russo, Horizon Air’s vice president of marketing and communications. "With just 24 hours to act on www.horizonair.com or www.alaskaair.com, travelers shouldn’t hesitate to grab one of these great deals."
Today’s mystery sale discounts are valid for travel between April 18 and June 13, 2010.
Horizon serves 48 cities throughout Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Baja California Sur (Mexico), and British Columbia and Alberta (Canada). Together, Horizon Air and Alaska Airlines serve more than 90 cities and are subsidiaries of Alaska Air Group, Inc. (NYSE:ALK).
* DISCOUNT RULES: Valid for a 15% discount on the base fare (before taxes) of published regular fares for the applicable day’s discounted destination(s) when purchased online at www.horizonair.com or www.alaskaair.com only. Discount is valid for 24 hours from time it is released. Offer not valid for travel from Hawaii, Mexico or Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. Travel Dates: Travel must take place between April 18 and June 13, 2010. Additional Fees Not Included in the Discount: U.S. Airport Facility Charges of up to $9 (amount depends on itinerary), Federal Segment Tax of $3.70 per segment and U.S. Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement. All taxes and fees shown are based on one-way travel and may be doubled if traveling roundtrip. Other Important Information: Tickets are nonrefundable, but can be changed for a $75 fee when changes are made online at www.horizonair.com or www.alaskaair.com ($100 when changes are made through our reservation call centers or ticket counters) and any applicable changes in fare.
