Hungry Fans Get Taste of ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ from Burger King Corp.
Burger King Corp. (NYSE: BKC) today announced that "Twilight Saga" fans everywhere can grab a few extra bites of the phenomenon by revealing the full details of its multi-faceted promotion surrounding the much anticipated Summit Entertainment film, "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," which arrives in theaters nationwide on Nov. 20, 2009.
Die-hard fans as well as those just getting to know Edward, Bella and Jacob will line up for one of the many "The Twilight Saga: New Moon”-themed offerings available at participating BURGER KING® restaurants beginning today, including:
- A free fan pack full of offers for guests who purchase a six-pack BK BURGER SHOTS® Value Meal. The free gift with purchase includes coupons from popular retailers and other partners including Hot Topic®, Torrid®, Cafe Press®, MasterCard®, Toys R Us® and Borders®; and the back of the collectible cards feature imagery from the film. Fan packs are available until Dec. 6, or while supplies last.
- A series of four, limited-edition BK® Crown Cards –gift cards featuring stars from the film, available at BURGER KING® restaurants and online at www.bkcrowncard.com, while supplies last. Developed specifically for the promotion, an all-new limited-edition "The Twilight Saga: New Moon” Crown has been designed to also act as an innovative gift card holder featuring the collectible Bella, Edward and Jacob-themed gift cards. The BK® Crown Cards have a $5 minimum and can be reloaded at participating BURGER KING® restaurants nationwide.

"The Twilight Saga” fans can check out customized programming via Brightline iTV technology for an exclusive "The Twilight Saga: New Moon” experience courtesy of Burger King Corp. Fans are invited to discover their "The Twilight Saga: New Moon” special ability through a set of trivia questions, play an interactive word scramble, view photo galleries, and get information about BURGER KING® restaurants’ promotional offerings.
In addition, guests will see "The Twilight Saga: New Moon” imagery displayed throughout BURGER KING® restaurants with "The Twilight Saga: New Moon”-themed packaging and promotional offerings. The King will get in on the action via television commercials that are set to begin airing on Nov. 16.
