i2 Directors Notify Company of Intention to Leave Board
i2 Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITWO) today announced that two of the company’s current directors, David L. Pope and Sanjiv Sidhu, have notified the company of their intention to conclude their Board service immediately prior to the company’s 2009 annual meeting of stockholders.
Pope has served on the board of directors since September 2007 and is a member of the nominating and governance committee.
Sidhu co-founded the company in 1988 and has served on its board since inception. Sidhu has indicated to the company his willingness to continue working with and assisting various key customers.
