(RTTNews) - IAC (IACI) reported that its third-quarter net income to shareholders increased to $326.8 million or $3.68 per share, compared to $96.9 million or $1.13 per share, last year. Earnings from continuing operations increased to $150.26 million or $1.70 per share, compared to $91.72 million or $1.08 per share. Adjusted net income was $82.0 million or $0.92 per share, for the quarter.
