Implanet Announces the Filling of Its Registration Document

IMPLANET (Paris:IMPL) (Euronext: IMPL, FR0010458729, PEA-PME eligible), a medical technology company specializing in vertebral and knee-surgery implants, announces that its 2013 registration document (document de reference) has been registered by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF, the French stock market authority) under number R.15-004 dated 12 January 2015.

Following a 2014 financial year in which the Company saw its revenue reach €7.0 million with growth of +28% to €6.3 million excluding Hip activity and recorded a strong increase in its Spine activity (+138%).

In order to accelerate the commercial development of its JAZZ product and achieve its initial ambitions, Implanet might consider raising funds, subject to market conditions and approval of the stock market authority.
