    MEDIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 2005--InfraSource Services, Inc. (NYSE:IFS), one of the largest specialty contractors servicing utility transmission and distribution infrastructure in the United States, today announced that David H. Watts, Chairman of Granite Construction Incorporated (NYSE:GVA), has been elected to the InfraSource Board of Directors and appointed Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.
    David Helwig, President and CEO of InfraSource said, "Dave is a valuable addition to our Board and Audit Committee, and we are pleased to welcome him. His forty years of experience in the engineering and construction industry will be a tremendous asset to our company, and I look forward to his contributions and input."
    Mr. Watts, 66, Chairman of the Board of Granite Construction since 1999, joined the company in 1987 as President and CEO and retired as CEO in 2003. Prior to joining Granite Construction, Mr. Watts held positions including President and CEO of Ford, Bacon & Davis of Dallas, Texas, and President and COO of Solus Ocean Systems of Houston, Texas. He began his career in construction in 1965, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
