Ingela Ulfves Appointed VP IR and Communications in Eltel Group

Ingela Ulfves has been appointed as VP Investor Relations (IR) and Communications in Eltel Group (STO:ELTEL). She will also become a member of Eltel’s management team.

The appointment of Ulfves is aligned with the recent listing of Eltel at Nasdaq Stock Exchange in Stockholm. Ulfves will take over the IR responsibility from Gunilla Wikman who supported Eltel on a consultancy basis all the way from the preparation of IPO to establishing the IR practice and relations with the investor community. Eltel’s current VP Communications, Hannu Tynkkynen, will continue at Eltel in the communications team. After 12 years in the Group management team he will now step down from the management team.

Ingela Ulfves is a graduate from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki and a Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst. After her graduation she has made a career at D. Carnegie AB in Finland in equity sales and trading and at Outokumpu Oyj as VP Investor Relations and Financial Communication. Ingela Ulfves will be joining Eltel from Tokmanni Group, the largest discount retail chain in Finland, where she has held the position as Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations.

Ingela Ulfves will assume the new position at Eltel on October 1, 2015 and she will be reporting to Eltel Group CEO, Axel Hjärne.
