Intergraph and Severn TechSources Announce Mentor-Protege Partnership Agreement

Partnership Strengthens Companies' Presence and Position with Federal Government
    Intergraph (NASDAQ: INGR) Mapping and Geospatial Solutions, along with Severn TechSources (Annapolis, MD), today announced they have formed a partnership under the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA's) Mentor-Protege Program. The Mentor-Protege program is one of the SBA's business assistance programs for socially and economically disadvantaged firms that have been certified under the SBA's 8(a) classification. The program encourages private-sector relationships to show the 8(a) firm how to compete more successfully for federal government contracts and expands developmental business needs of 8(a) organization through subcontracting opportunities.
    Severn TechSources is a minority-owned, small disadvantaged business and HUBZone small business that provides information technology (IT) and systems integration services to government and commercial customers. Intergraph Mapping and Geospatial Solutions provides a wide array of geospatial solutions to multiple markets, including solutions that enable military and intelligence organizations to combine data from different sources into a single environment for better decision making.
    Through the program, Intergraph and Severn TechSources will joint venture as a small business to compete for government contracts. The new partnership was formed to enhance Intergraph's presence in the federal government while further strengthening Severn TechSources' position in the IT and government market.
