InterOil Appoints Donald Spector As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - InterOil Corp. (IOC) announced the appointment of Jon Ozturgut as its Chief Operating Officer and Donald Spector as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Ozturgut, a senior executive with 27 years' international oil and gas experience with Atlantic Richfield Co. or ARCO, CMS Oil and Gas Company, and Woodside Energy, replaces William Jasper III, who is retiring after 7 years as Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Ozturgut would be accountable for mergers and acquisitions, and new business development, the company said.

With over 35 years' international financial experience, including 30 years in oil and gas, Spector succeeds Collin Visaggio, who is resigning as Chief Financial Officer, also after 7 years with InterOil. As part of his new role, Spector would oversee InterOil's investor relations team.
