"If you look at the last 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, we have seen one steady number, and it's just south of 200,000 jobs a month. So we're anticipating that that will continue to be the case...This is a good number, not a spectacular number, but clearly one that puts into play the Fed's 'real and sustainable' improvement in the labor market which is the requirement, or at least the prerequisit for them to begin to think about tapering," says White.
