Kimco Realty Corp. Q4 Profit Advances 6%

(RTTNews) - Kimco Realty Corp. (KIM-PG) released earnings for its fourth quarter that gained ground from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $153.07 million, or $0.37 per share. This was higher than $144.64 million, or $0.35 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.35 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 13.7% to $300.87 million. This was up from $264.51 million last year.
