Kraft Foods Says Teri List-Stoll To Be CFO In Q1 2014 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Kraft Foods Group (KRFT) announced that Teri List-Stoll has joined the company as senior vice president or SVP of finance and would replace the current Chief Financial Officer or CFO, Timothy McLevish, in the first quarter of 2014.

List-Stoll, in her role as SVP of finance, would initially oversee Kraft's business unit finance teams. Also, She would work alongside McLevish to ensure an orderly transition of CFO duties.

Having worked for about 20 years at Procter & Gamble, List-Stoll has held various finance leadership positions in business unit management, supply chain, sales, accounting, and financial planning and analysis. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and treasurer.

The company intends to formally transition the CFO role from McLevish to List-Stoll in the 2014 first quarter.
