Kura Oncology Names Jennifer Fulk CFO

(RTTNews) - Kura Oncology, Inc. (KURA), on Tuesday appointed Jennifer Fulk as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8.

Fulk will join the company's senior leadership team and report to President, CEO and Chairman Troy Wilson.

Fulk brings more than 20 years of financial and operating experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Fulk previously served as CFO of Soleno Therapeutics, Talkspace and 120Water, and held several senior finance and operating roles at Eli Lilly.

Kura said Fulk will support the company's commercial growth, capital allocation and development of its oncology pipeline.

In the pre-market trading, Kura Oncology is 0.23% higher at $13.28 on the Nasdaq.
