KyotoCooling BV Assumes Control of North American Operations

DALLAS, Sept. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- KyotoCooling BV ("KyotoCooling" or "the Company"), a leading supplier of indirect cooling solutions to the data center industry, today announced the termination of its North American licensing agreement with Data Cooling Technologies, LLC, effective immediately. The decision addresses the requirement to scale North American operations to meet the growing market demand for the Company's products while maintaining the high levels of quality and service expected by its customers.

KyotoCooling has assumed control of all North American operations and expanded its manufacturing, engineering and delivery capabilities in key markets in Canada and the United States. Additionally, KyotoCooling has entered into long-term supply agreements with leading manufacturers and contractors to ensure consistent on-time fulfillment and delivery of all in-progress and pending product orders.  These moves will support continued growth in delivery capability and shortened on-time delivery for hyper scale deployments.  Unit manufacturing, support and delivery are available immediately.
