Landsea Homes Prices Secondary Offering Of 6.09 Mln Shares At $10.25/ Shr; Stock Down In Pre-market

(RTTNews) - Landsea Homes Corporation (LSEA), a residential homebuilder, Friday said it priced secondary offering of 6.09 million shares at $10.25 per share. Following this, the company's shares were down more than 6 percent in pre-market.

The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 913,043 shares.

The company is not selling any shares in the offering, which is expected to close by December 9.

Landsea stock had closed at $11.20, down 1.41 percent on Thursday. It has traded in the range of $8.28 - $14.91 in the last 1 year.
